ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NA ASSISTÊNCIA AO PACIENTE NO CATETERISMO CARDÍACO
INTRODUÇÃO: O enfermeiro tornou-se indispensável na atuação durante exames de grande complexidade como cateterismo cardíaco. O cateterismo cardíaco é um exame realizado no laboratório de hemodinâmica em um ambiente hospitalar, considerado padrão ouro para detecção de doenças e malformações cardíacas, o procedimento pode ser realizado de forma eletiva ou em caráter de urgência. OBJETIVO: Analisar a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na assistência ao paciente no cateterismo cardíaco através dos estudos transcritos na literatura. MÉTODOS: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada através das bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System online (MEDLINE). Os artigos foram pesquisados através dos descritores combinado pelo operador boleano “AND”. A amostra selecionada teve como critérios de inclusão esta o artigo disponível na íntegra, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol e período de publicação entre os anos de 2014 a 2018. Foram excluídos da amostra artigos em duplicidade, monografias, dissertações e os que tinham mais de cinco anos de publicação. RESULTADOS: Foram avaliados 8 artigos que corresponderam aos critérios de elegibilidade do estudo, sendo predominante a publicação de artigos nos anos de 2014 e 2016. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que a atuação do enfermeiro no setor que realiza o cateterismo cardíaco exige do profissional experiência, atualização constante e conhecimento específico para atuação na área, pois o setor é de alta complexidade que em sua grande maioria atende paciente graves com risco de morte, utilizando tecnologia de ponta para diagnóstico e intervenção das doenças cardiovasculares.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The nurse became indispensable in the performance during examinations of great complexity such as cardiac catheterization. Cardiac catheterization is an examination performed in the hemodynamic laboratory in a hospital environment, considered a gold standard for the detection of diseases and cardiac malformations. The procedure can be performed in an elective or emergency manner. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the importance of the nurse's role in patient care in cardiac catheterization through studies transcribed in the literature. METHODS: This is an integrative review of the literature, based on the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Nursing Database (BDENF), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System online (MEDLINE). The articles were searched through the descriptors combined by the Boolean operator "AND". The selected sample had as inclusion criteria the full article, in the Portuguese, English and Spanish languages, and publication period from 2014 to 2018. Duplicate articles, monographs, dissertations and those with the highest scores were excluded from the sample. five years of publication. RESULTS: Eight articles that corresponded to the eligibility criteria of the study were evaluated, being predominant the publication of articles in the years 2014 and 2016. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the performance of the nurse in the area that performs cardiac catheterization requires the professional experience, constant updating and specific knowledge to perform in the area, since the sector is highly complex, which in the majority of cases attends to patients with serious risk of death, using the latest technology for diagnosis and intervention of cardiovascular diseases.
