ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO DA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA NA PREVENÇÃO DO C NCER DE MAMA E COLO UTERINO
O presente estudo tem como objetivo identificar como os enfermeiros atuantes na atenção primária lidam na prevenção do câncer do colo uterino e de mama. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, a partir das bases de dados Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) e Lilacs (Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde), foram identificados inicialmente 32 artigos e destes 08 foram selecionados. Resultados: Os enfermeiros da atenção primária têm papel importante na prevenção dos cânceres citados neste resumo. Cabe ao mesmo, ações educativas, realização do exame clínico das mamas e o colpocitológico nas mulheres que se enquadram nos critérios do Ministério da Saúde, identificação e acolhimento da sua população feminina, interpretar resultados dos exames das pacientes e comunicação efetiva com a equipe. Conclusão: Salienta-se que, esse profissional está inserido em todos os âmbitos da saúde feminina além de ter competência científica e técnica para identificar e prestar assistência integral à mulher. É necessário que o enfermeiro intensifique ações e estratégias com o intuito de prevenir e informar as mulheres sobre os cânceres de mama e colo uterino.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify how nurses working in primary care deal with the prevention of cervical and breast cancer. Methods: This is an integrative literature review based on Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Medline (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) and Lilacs (Latin American and Caribbean Science Information Center) databases of Health), 32 articles were initially identified and from these, 08 were selected. Results: Primary care nurses play an important role in preventing the cancers mentioned in this summary. It is up to the same, educational actions, performing clinical breast exams and colpocytology in women who meet the criteria of the Ministry of Health, identifying and welcoming its female population, interpreting the results of the patients' exams and effective communication with the team. Conclusion: It is noteworthy that this professional is inserted in all spheres of female health in addition to having scientific and technical competence to identify and provide comprehensive care to women. It is necessary for nurses to intensify actions and strategies in order to prevent and inform women about breast and cervical cancer.
