ATUAÇÃO DA TUTORIA EM CURSO DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO LATO SENSU A DISTÂNCIA
Dentro do cenário das transformações
e dos avanços da educação brasileira, esse
trabalho enfatiza a educação a distância, de
forma específica, a atuação da tutoria. Esta, por
constituir-se um elo de ligação entre discentes e
docentes, torna-se um elemento essencial para
o ensino a distância. Assim, deve-se ter ciência e
compreensão da importância das funções de um
tutor. Identificou-se que existem diretrizes para a
atuação desse profissional, contudo não há um
padrão a ser seguido por todas as instituições
de ensino. Dentro desse panorama, objetivou-se
comparar a função dos tutores de dois cursos de
pós-graduação lato sensu em Gestão da Saúde
do Estado do Ceará, destacando o papel do tutor
em cada uma dessas instituições de ensino,
identificando semelhanças e diferenças de
atuação. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória
e documental, realizada em setembro de 2015,
por intermédio de fonte de dados secundários.
Como resultados detectou-se a existência de um
quantitativo acentuado de semelhanças, assim
como de diferenças. Entretanto, compreendese
que cada instituição busca por adequar as
competências de cada tutor de acordo com suas
necessidades. Esse trabalho torna-se relevante
por contribuir com melhorias para a prática de
tutores diante de sua atuação no processo de
ensino e aprendizagem na educação a distância.
E, assim, incentivar o desenvolvimento do trabalho
desse profissional de forma satisfatória.

Abstract:
Within the scenario of transformations
and advances in Brazilian education, this work
emphasizes distance education, specifically, the
role of tutoring. This, because it is a link between
students and teachers, becomes an essential
element for distance learning. Thus, one must be
aware of and understand the importance of the
functions of a tutor. It was identified that there are
guidelines for the performance of this professional, however there is no standard to be
followed by all educational institutions. Within this context, the objective was to compare
the role of the tutors of two lato sensu postgraduate courses in Health Management of the
State of Ceará, highlighting the role of the tutor in each of these educational institutions,
identifying similarities and differences in performance. This is an exploratory and
documentary research, carried out in September 2015, through a secondary data source.
As results the existence of a marked quantity of similarities, as well as of differences,
was detected. However, it is understood that each institution seeks to adapt the skills
of each tutor according to their needs. This work is relevant because it contributes with
improvements to the practice of tutors in face of its action in the process of teaching and
learning in distance education. And, thus, encourage the development of the work of this
professional in a satisfactory way.
