ATRIBUIÇÕES DA COMISSÃO DE FARMÁCIA E TERAPÊUTICA NO CONTROLE E GERENCIAMENTO DO USO DE ANTIBIÓTICOS EM UM HOSPITAL MUNICIPAL DO ESTADO DE GOIÁS
O uso inadequado de antibióticos pode trazer graves problemas para a saúde pública, sendo alguns deles a contribuição para o surgimento de bactérias resistentes e o aumento das taxas de morbidade e mortalidade. Um programa de gerenciamento do uso de antimicrobianos pode colaborar com a prática correta de antibioticoterapia e minimizar a resistência bacteriana no ambiente hospitalar, quando assistidas pelas comissões de Farmácia e Terapêutica (CFT) e de Controle e Infecção Hospitalar (CCIH). Nesse contexto, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi destacar as contribuições da CFT no controle e gerenciamento de antibióticos em um hospital municipal do Estado de Goiás, a partir da Diretriz Nacional para elaboração de Programa de Gerenciamento do Uso de antimicrobianos em Serviços de Saúde, proposto pela ANVISA. A metodologia deste trabalho tratou-se de uma pesquisa de campo de caráter exploratório e de natureza qualitativa. Para a análise dos dados, optou-se pelo método da análise do conteúdo. Dentre os resultados, foi constatado que os participantes da pesquisa desconheciam a diretriz nacional e não detinham um programa próprio de gerenciamento de antimicrobianos, nem a CFT instituída. Em contrapartida, todos os participantes perceberam as carências da unidade de saúde que trabalham e demonstraram certa familiaridade sobre a temática, principalmente sobre a relevância e necessidade de implantação de um programa de gerenciamento e uso de antibióticos, adaptados ao perfil epidemiológico do hospital pesquisado, bem como a implantação da CFT, essencial para o sucesso do programa.

Abstract:
Inadequate use of antibiotics can lead to serious public health problems, some of which contribute to the emergence of resistant bacteria and increased rates of morbidity and mortality. An antimicrobial use management program can assist in the proper practice of antibiotic therapy and minimize bacterial resistance in the hospital environment when assisted by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (PTC) and Hospital Infection Control and Control (HICC) committees. In this context, the objective of the present study was to highlight the contributions of the PTC in the control and management of antibiotics in a municipal hospital in the State of Goiás, based on the National Guideline for the elaboration of an Antimicrobial Use Management Program in Health Services, proposed by ANVISA. The methodology of this work was a field research of exploratory nature and qualitative nature. For the analysis of the data, we opted for the content analysis method. Among the results, it was found that the participants of the research were unaware of the national guideline and did not have their own antimicrobial management program or the established PTC. On the other hand, all the participants perceived the deficiencies of the health unit that work and demonstrated a certain familiarity on the subject, mainly on the relevance and necessity of implantation of an antibiotics management and use program adapted to the epidemiological profile of the studied hospital as well such as the implementation of PTC, essential to the success of the program.
