ATIVIDADE EDUCATIVA EM SAÚDE SOBRE ARBOVIROSES NA ALA PEDIÁTRICA DE UM HOSPITAL DE FORTALEZA
As arboviroses Dengue, Zika e Chikungunya vêm acometendo um número cada vez maior de pessoas no Brasil. Uma aposta promissora para a redução dos casos consiste em propagandas nos meios de comunicação e de palestras em empresas e escolas, com o intuito de ensinar formas ativas e simples, mas de eficiência considerável, de prevenção da proliferação do mosquito vetor dessas doenças, o Aedes Aegypti. Nessa perspectiva, objetivou-se relatar a experiência de uma atividade de educação em saúde realizada na ala pediátrica de um hospital de Fortaleza-CE. O evento aconteceu em uma única tarde, em junho de 2017, como parte da vivência da disciplina Internato II, do curso de graduação em Enfermagem, da Universidade Estadual do Ceará. Foi realizada uma dinâmica em que os pacientes tinham à sua disposição uma tabela (sendo nas colunas, os sintomas; e, nas linhas, as arboviroses) e fichas de cores vermelho, amarelo e verde, representando respectiva e decrescentemente a intensidade dos sintomas. Foi proposto a eles que preenchessem cada célula da tabela com a ficha que acreditassem ser mais adequada, utilizando seus conhecimentos prévios e trocando experiências entre si. Em seguida, foram feitas as correções necessárias da tabela, sendo explanadas as características de cada arbovirose e suas diferenças. Por fim, foi realizado umfeedback com os participantescom intuito de avaliar o envolvimento e apreensão do que fora trabalhado. Com isso, a atividade educativa mostrou-se satisfatória, uma vez que foram percebidas atenção, aplicação, interação e compreensão da temática proposta, configurando essemomento como importante para a criação de vínculo entre os participantes.

Abstract:
The Dengue, Zika and Chikungunya arbovirosis have been affecting an increasing number of people in Brazil. A promising bet for the reduction of cases consists of advertisements in the media and lectures in companies and schools, in order to teach active and simple ways, but of considerable efficiency, to prevent the proliferation of the vector mosquito of these diseases, the Aedes Aegypti. In this perspective, the objective was to report the experience of a health education activity carried out in the pediatric ward of a hospital at Fortaleza-CE. The event took place in a single afternoon, in June 2017, as part of the experience of the Internship II discipline, of the undergraduate course in Nursing, at the State University of Ceará. A dynamic was carried out in which the patients had at their disposal a table (in the columns, the symptoms; and, in the lines, the arbovirosis) and red, yellow and green cards, representing the intensity of the symptoms respectively and decreasing mode. They were proposed to fill each cell in the table with the form they believed to be most appropriate, using their previous knowledge and exchanging experiences with each other. Then, the necessary table corrections were made, explaining the characteristics of each arbovirosis and their differences. Finally, a feedback was given to the participants in order to assess the involvement and apprehension of what had been worked on. With this, the educational activity proved to be satisfactory, since attention, application, interaction and understanding of the proposed theme were perceived, configuring this moment as important for the creation of a bond between the participants.
