ATIVIDADE DE EXTENSÃO COM RECURSOS VIRTUAIS
O estudo de importância da motivação no ensino a distância (EAD) o surgimento e o crescimento das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC’s) vem fazendo com que ocorram mudanças no paradigma que se tinha anteriormente para o ensino/aprendizagem. Buscou-se atingir o público com eventos acessíveis de forma online e gratuita. O tema proposto de “Mulheres no Agro: a força que mova o campo” em forma de mesa redonda, possibilitou um bate papo de forma idealizada com os internautas inscritos no evento. Foi colocado em questão a contribuição das mulheres no agronegócio mundial, um tema pouco discutido no âmbito acadêmico, que passa despercebido por agentes econômicos e políticos. No discurso de contribuir com o processo de aprendizagem dos estudantes de Engenharia Agrícola e outros cursos, este trabalho visou por meio de um evento de transmissão online, trazer relatos e experiências de seis mulheres que atuam no mercado do campo e na graduação, com o intuito de explicitar a grande problemática histórica vivenciada. O grupo PET ENG.AGRI@UEG obteve resultados satisfatórios, alcançando os objetivos do projeto. Concretiza-se isso ao analisar os feedbacks positivos (comentários, curtidas, seguidores) durante e pós evento.

Abstract:
The study of the importance of motivation in distance education (EAD), the emergence and growth of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) has caused changes to occur in the paradigm that was previously used for teaching/learning. We sought to reach the public with events accessible online and free of charge. The proposed theme of “Women in Agro: the force that moves the field” in the form of a round table, allowed an idealized chat with the internet users registered for the event. The contribution of women to global agribusiness was questioned, a topic little discussed in the academic sphere, which goes unnoticed by economic and political agents. In the discourse of contributing to the learning process of students of Agricultural Engineering and other courses, this work aimed, through an online broadcast event, to bring reports and experiences of six women who work in the field and undergraduate market, with the aim of to explain the great historical problematic experienced. The PET ENG.AGRI@UEG group achieved satisfactory results, achieving the project's objectives. This is accomplished by analyzing the positive feedbacks (comments, likes, followers) during and after the event.
