ATENDIMENTOS AMBULATORIAIS EM PRÁTICAS INTEGRATIVAS COMPLEMENTARES NO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE DO BRASIL: UM ESTUDO DE SÉRIE TEMPORAL DE 2017 A 2019
RESUMO: Descrever a evolução dos procedimentos ao longo de três anos das PIC no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) após a implantação da política. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de base populacional que analisou as informações dos procedimentos, que compõem as Práticas Integrativas Complementares, contidas no Sistema de Informação Ambulatorial (SIA/SUS) do Brasil no período de 2017 a 2019. A unidade de análise é o Brasil dividido geograficamente em 27 Unidades de Federação. Foram selecionados os procedimentos do BPA do SIA/SUS: Sessão de Acupuntura com Inserção de Agulhas; Sessão de Arteterapia; Sessão de Meditação, Sessão de Musicoterapia, sendo verificados os anos de 2017, 2018 e 2019. Um mapeamento dos procedimentos foi realizado segundo a Unidade de Federação constante no BPA. Identificou-se uma distribuição desigual no número de procedimentos de acupuntura com inserção de agulhas, meditação, arteterapia e musicoterapia entre os estados do Brasil, com os valores mais baixos na região Norte e em geral, o maior número de procedimentos nos estados do Sudeste, região, que por sua vez, constitui um polo em produção científica, sobre eficácia e eficiência das PIC em saúde em diversas práticas. O Brasil consiste em um país em desenvolvimento, com o intuito de identificar possíveis fatores locais que influenciam no processo de adoção, incorporação e implementação destas práticas nos serviços de saúde.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: To describe the evolution of procedures over three years of Pic in the Unified Health System (SUS) after the implementation of the policy.This is a descriptive population-based study that analyzed the information of the procedures, which compose the Complementary Integrative Practices, contained in the Outpatient Information System (SIA/SUS) of Brazil in the period from 2017 to 2019. The unit of analysis is Brazil geographically divided into 27 Federation Units. The BPA procedures of the SIA/SUS were selected: Acupuncture Session with Needle Insertion; Art therapy session; Meditation Session, Music Therapy Session, being verified the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. A mapping of the procedures was performed according to the Federation Unit in the BPA. An unequal distribution was identified in the number of acupuncture procedures with needle insertion, meditation, art therapy and music therapy among the states of Brazil, with the lowest values in the North region and in general, the largest number of procedures in the states of the Southeast, region, which in turn constitutes a pole in scientific production, on efficacy and efficiency of ICP in health in various practices. Brazil consists of a developing country, in order to identify possible local factors that influence the process of adoption, incorporation and implementation of these practices in health services.
