ATENDIMENTO ESPECIALIZADO AOS PACIENTES PORTADORES DE HEPATITE C NO MUNICÍPIO DE URUGUAIANA/RS
Atualmente o Ministério da Saúde (MS) juntamente com a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) tem como meta eliminar a Hepatite C no Brasil até o ano de 2030. As estratégias para alcançar esta meta vão desde a prevenção até o tratamento. Este recentemente foi expandido a todos os pacientes independente do grau de lesão hepática. Para isso, a tendência é ampliar o diagnóstico, aumentando a testagem e alcançando populações prioritárias e também fortalecer o atendimento as Hepatites Virais, o que torna essencial o acolhimento dentro do Sistema Único de Saúde. A Hepatite C e suas complicações causam um grande impacto mundial sobre a saúde pública, é de extrema importância que estes pacientes recebam um atendimento especializado. Este trabalho teve como objetivo demonstrar o serviço especializado prestado às pessoas acometidas pelo HCV, disponibilizado pelo SUS no Ambulatório de Hepatites Virais do município de Uruguaiana/RS. Esta é uma pesquisa observacional, no qual, foi possível acompanhar a rotina do serviço prestado no Ambulatório de Hepatites Virais do município de Uruguaiana/RS. Dessa forma, fica evidente o comprometimento do Ambulatório de Hepatites Virais durante o acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico, para proporcionar o uso racional de medicamentos e melhorar a adesão ao tratamento da Hepatite C.

Abstract:
Currently the Ministry of Health (MS) together with the World Health Organization (WHO) aims to eliminate Hepatitis C in Brazil by the year 2030. Strategies to achieve this goal begin with prevention until treatment, which has recently been extended to all, regardless of the degree of liver injury. Thus, expanding the diagnosis, increasing testing and reaching priority populations, and also strengthening the care for viral hepatitis, which makes care within the Unified Health System essential. The hepatitis C and its complications have a major global impact on public health, it is important that these patients receive specialized care. This study aimed to demonstrate the specialized service provided to people with HCV, provided by SUS at the Viral Hepatitis Ambulatory of Uruguaiana/RS. This is a observation research that was possible to follow the service routine at the Viral Hepatitis Ambulatory of Uruguaiana. Thus, it is evident the commitment of the Viral Hepatitis Ambulatory during the pharmacotherapeutic care, to provide the rational use of drugs and better adherence to the treatment of Hepatitis C.
