ATENDIMENTO A MÚLTIPLAS VÍTIMAS DE TRAUMA EM SIMULADO NA GRANDE JOÃO PESSOA
O trauma é definido como o conjunto
de alterações estruturais ou instabilidade
fisiológica, decorrente da troca de energia entre
os tecidos e o meio. No Brasil, representa a
principal causa de morte na faixa etária de 1
a 44 anos, sendo este número inferior apenas
às doenças cardiovasculares e neoplásicas. O
presente artigo tem como objetivo descrever
um relato de experiência acerca do I Simulado
Nacional de Atendimento à Múltiplas Vítimas
realizado pela Liga de Emergência e Trauma da
Paraíba (LIET-PB), bem como a sua importância
para o futuro profissional de saúde.

Abstract:
Trauma is defined as the set of
structural changes or physiological instability
resulting from the exchange of energy between
the tissues and the environment. In Brazil, it
represents the main cause of death in the age
group from 1 to 44 years, which is lower only
to cardiovascular and neoplastic diseases. This
article aims to describe an experience report
about the National Simulation of Multiple Victim
Care performed by the Emergency and Trauma
League of Paraíba (LIET-PB), as well as its
importance for the future health professional
