ATENÇÃO INTEGRAL À SAÚDE DA CRIANÇA: CONSTRUÇÃO COLETIVA DE DOCENTES DE FISIOTERAPIA PÓS EPIDEMIA DO ZIKA VÍRUS
Introdução: A epidemia pelo
vírus Zika no Brasil e a síndrome congênita
relacionada, incluindo a microcefalia, foram
instituídas como emergência em Saúde Pública.
Diante deste cenário, o Conselho Regional de
Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional da 1ª Região
(CREFITO-1) criou um Grupo de Trabalho em
Fisioterapia na Síndrome Congênita do Zika
Vírus (GT-FSCZV). Objetivo: Relatar as ações
desenvolvidas do GT-FSCZV que fomentaram
a rediscussão do processo de formação de
fisioterapeutas na atenção integral à saúde da
criança. Metodologia: Trata-se de relato de
experiências das ações realizadas no Brasil
pelo GT-FSCZV, no período de 2016 a 2018,
seja pelos próprios membros ou por parceiros
(outros fisioterapeutas; instituições de ensino
superior; secretarias de saúde; instituições
de pesquisa; movimentos associativos; entre
outros). Todas as ações buscaram a garantia na
integralidade no cuidado às crianças, baseandose na complexidade dos casos, na dificuldade
no acesso aos serviços de reabilitação e
na frágil articulação da rede. Resultados:
Após traçar perfil dos fisioterapeutas que
atuavam com saúde da criança no estado de
Pernambuco, realizou-se várias oficinas que
culminaram no Modelo Lógico de atuação
profissional (da fisioterapia e multidisciplinar),
além de um Caderno de Atenção Integral à
Saúde da Criança, no âmbito da Fisioterapia.
Em seguida, estes instrumentos foram inseridos
na formação de fisioterapeutas, bem como em
programas de educação permanente desta
categoria profissional. Conclusão: A docência
em fisioterapia promoveu o fortalecimento do
ensino, da qualificação profissional e do fomento a educação permanente em saúde,
especialmente na garantia do cuidado integral à saúde da criança, especialmente as
com deficiência.

Abstract:
The Zika virus epidemic in Brazil and related congenital
syndrome, including microcephaly, were instituted as an emergency in Public Health.
In view of this scenario, the Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational
Therapy of the 1st Region (CREFITO-1) created a physiotherapy working group on
in Zika Virus Congenital Syndrome (GT-FSCZV). Objective: To report the actions
developed by the WG-FSCZV that fostered the re-discussion of the training process
of physical therapists in the integral health care of children. Methodology: This is an
account of experiences of the actions carried out in Brazil by the GT-FSCZV, from 2016
to 2018, either by the members themselves or by partners (other physiotherapists,
higher education institutions, health secretariats, research institutions, associative
movements, among others). All the actions sought to guarantee in integrality in the
care of children, based on the complexity of the cases, the difficulty in accessing
the rehabilitation services and the fragile articulation of the network. Results: After
tracing the profile of the physiotherapists who worked with the child’s health in the
state of Pernambuco, several workshops were held that culminated in the Logical
Models of professional performance (physiotherapy and multidisciplinary), as well
as a Book of Integral Attention to Children’s Health, in the field of physical therapy.
Then, these instruments were inserted in the training of physiotherapists, as well as in
permanent education programs of this professional category. Conclusion: Teaching in
physiotherapy promoted the strengthening of teaching, professional qualification and
promotion of permanent health education, especially in guaranteeing integral health
care for children, especially those with disabilities.
