ATENÇÃO INTEGRAL À PESSOA INTOXICADA: DADOS DE UM PROGRAMA DE VISITA DOMICILIAR AO INTOXICADO
O presente estudo teve por objetivo
caracterizar as visitas domiciliares realizadas
pela equipe do Programa de Visita Domiciliar
ao Intoxicado - PROVIDI no ano de 2016. Tratase de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, com
abordagem quantitativa dos dados das visitas
domiciliares. A população do estudo é composta
por egressos de intoxicações notificados ao
Centro de Controle de Intoxicações do Hospital
Universitário Regional de Maringá - CCI/HUM,
independente da faixa etária, circunstância
ou agente tóxico, residentes em Maringá e
municípios de seu entorno. Os dados foram
coletados das fichas de Ocorrência Toxicológica
do CCI/HUM e das fichas de Visita Domiciliar
– Equipe de Enfermagem, e apresentado a
frequência absoluta e relativa. No ano de 2016
foram agendadas 81 visitas, sendo efetuadas 50
(51%), com predominância de agendamentos
para intoxicação na primeira infância (1 - 4
anos) – 61,8%. Entre os agentes de intoxicação,
destacaram-se os medicamentos (48,1%).
O PROVIDI, como marco para a assistência
integralizada ao intoxicado e sua família,
desenvolve no aluno o cuidado com o outro, em
um espaço que integra profissionais da Saúde
da Família e usuários dos serviços de saúde,
para fortalecimento do mix formação e atenção
à saúde, em uma prática acadêmica que deve
ser divulgada e vivenciada em outras realidades
nacional e internacional.

Abstract:
The objective of the present study was to characterize the home visits
performed by Household Visitation Program to the Intoxicated (PROVIDI) in the year
2016. This is a descriptive and exploratory study, with a quantitative approach of data
from home visits. The population of the study is composed to egressing of intoxications
notified to the Poison Control Centers of the Regional University Hospital of Maringá
- CCI/HUM, independent of age, circumstance or toxic agent, living in Maringá and
surrounding municipalities. The data were collected from the Toxicological Occurrence
sheets of the CCI/HUM and the records of Home Visit - Nursing Team and presented
the absolute and relative frequency. In 2016, 81 Visitation were scheduled, 50 (51%) of
which were effected, with a predominance for intoxication in early childhood (1 - 4 years)
– 61,8%. Among the agents of intoxication, the drugs (48.1%) stood out. PROVIDI, as
a framework for integrated care for the intoxicated and their family, develops in the
student the care with the other, in a space that integrates professionals of the Family
Health and users of the health services, to strengthen the training mix and health care,
in an academic practice that must be divulged and experienced in other national and
international realities.
