ATENÇÃO ÀS MULHERES EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Objetivo: Sumarizar as evidências científicas nacionais acerca da atenção à saúde de mulheres em situação de violência na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura desenvolvida em três bases de dados em julho de 2022. Foram incluídos onze artigos oriundos de pesquisa original, disponíveis online, em português, publicados nos últimos quatro anos e que respondessem à questão de revisão. Resultados: As evidências destacam que a identificação das situações de violência contra as mulheres ocorre por meio de estratégias como anamnese, exame físico, escuta ativa, diálogo, acolhimento e vínculo. Os profissionais que se destacam na identificação e acolhimento destas mulheres na APS são o enfermeiro e Agente Comunitário de Saúde. O despreparo dos profissionais para atuar junto as mulheres vítimas de violência revela falta de conhecimento devido a fragilidades no processo de formação na graduação e ausência de educação continuada. Além disso, as evidências apontam a desestruturação da rede e falta de fluxos intersetoriais. Conclusão: Faz-se necessário que a atenção as mulheres que vivenciam situações de violência pelos profissionais e serviços da APS seja desenvolvida com sensibilidade, conhecimento e humanização a fim de que estas mulheres se sintam acolhidas e apoiadas para o enfrentamento da violência.

Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the national scientific evidence about the health care of women in situations of violence in Primary Health Care. Methods: Integrative literature review developed in three databases in July 2022. Eleven articles from original research, available online, in Portuguese, published in the last four years and answering the review question were included. Results: The evidence highlights that the identification of situations of violence against women occurs through strategies such as anamnesis, physical examination, active listening, dialogue, reception, and bonding. The professionals who stand out in the identification and reception of these women in the PHC are the nurse and the Community Health Agent. The unpreparedness of professionals to work with women victims of violence reveals a lack of knowledge due to weaknesses in the training process at graduation and lack of continuing education. In addition, evidence points to the disruption of the network and lack of intersectoral flows. Conclusion: It is necessary that the attention to women who experience situations of violence by PHC professionals and services be developed with sensitivity, knowledge and humanization so that these women feel welcomed and supported to face violence.
