ASSISTIR E GERENCIAR NA ENFERMAGEM EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA NO ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR
O Estágio Curricular Supervisionado constitui-se como uma atividade de caráter prático que permite aos discentes aprofundar as relações do processo de formação com o processo de trabalho em saúde e em Enfermagem. O objetivo do trabalho é relatar a experiência vivenciada por discentes de enfermagem em um hospital universitário frente às mudanças e adaptações necessárias diante da pandemia da Covid-19. Nesse período, diversas mudanças foram necessárias em unidades de enfermaria, de terapia intensiva, centro obstétrico e pediatria, a fim de conter a propagação do vírus e promover um cuidado humanizado. Pode-se dizer que esta situação atípica trouxe inúmeros aprendizados aos discentes e docentes de enfermagem, permitindo a vivência do fazer em enfermagem na prática.

Abstract:
The Supervised Curricular Internship is a practical activity that allows students to deepen the relationship between the training process and the work process in health and Nursing. This work aims to report the experiences faced by nursing students in a university hospital on the façade of the necessary changes and adaptations due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. During this period, several changes were necessary in the infirmary, intensive care, obstetrics, and pediatrics units; in order to contain the spread of the virus and promote humanized care. We can conclude that this atypical situation brought countless learning opportunities to nursing students and professors, allowing the experience of doing nursing in practice.
