ASSISTÊNCIA DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE AOS FAMILIARES DE NEONATOS PREMATUROS INTERNADOS EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
A pesquisa tem como objetivo revisar de forma sistemática na literatura a assistência dos profissionais de saúde às mães e familiares de neonatos internados em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal e a participação dos familiares no cuidado ao recém-nascido. Realizado no período de agosto e setembro de 2016, através de consulta na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), especificamente LILACS, SCIELO e BDENF. Através dos seguintes descritores “recém-nascido”, “Unidades de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal” e “mães”, mediante os critérios de inclusão, foram considerados para este estudo 10 artigos. Como resultado a maioria dos profissionais reconhece a importância da presença materna e familiares durante internação do recém-nascido na UTIN, porém identificados alguns fatores negativos, como ausência de diálogo entre equipe de saúde e pais; falta de compreensão dos profissionais diante dos sentimentos vivenciados pelos pais; restrições quanto as visitas de pais no período noturno e visita de outros familiares como irmãos e avós. Os profissionais vislumbram a mãe como figura principal, desconsiderando o pai nesse momento de internação. Assim, é necessário investir na educação permanente em UTIN, promovendo não somente habilidades técnicas, mas também sensibilizando-os para o cuidado integral e humanizado aos recém-nascidos e à família.

Abstract:
The research aims to systematically review in the literature the assistance of health professionals to mothers and relatives of neonates hospitalized in Neonatal Intensive Care Units and the participation of family members in the care of the newborn. Conducted in August and September 2016, through consultation in the database of the Virtual Health Library (VHL), specifically LILACS, SCIELO and BDENF. Through the following descriptors "newborn", "Neonatal Intensive Care Units" and "mothers", according to the inclusion criteria, 10 articles were considered for this study. As a result, most professionals recognize the importance of maternal and family presence during hospitalization of the newborn in the NICU, but some negative factors were identified, such as the absence of dialogue between the health team and parents; lack of understanding of professionals in view of the feelings experienced by parents; restrictions on visits by parents at night and visits by other family members such as siblings and grandparents. The professionals envision the mother as the main figure, disregarding the father at this time of hospitalization. Thus, it is necessary to invest in continuing education in the NICU, promoting not only technical skills, but also sensitizing them to comprehensive and humanized care to newborns and the family.
