ASSISTÊNCIA DO ENFERMEIRO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA A PACIENTES COM TRICOMONÍASE
A tricomoníase é causada pela parasitose sexualmente transmissível e seu tratamento tardio favorece a infecção pelo HIV, infertilidade, câncer uterino e de próstata. Atribui-se à atenção primária o diagnóstico precoce e tratamento instantâneo dessa infecção, destacando a assistência qualificada do enfermeiro desde promoção e prevenção à saúde, abordagem sindrômica, exames de detecção e implementação de enfermagem. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa utilizando 11 artigos publicados entre 2012 e 2021. O objetivo deste estudo foi descrever a assistência de enfermagem a pacientes com tricomoníase. Os resultados citam diagnóstico frequente de leucorreia profuso amarelo-esverdeado, confirmação através do exame citopatológico e terapia com metronidazol ou tinidazol. Conclui-se que o enfermeiro tem a competência de realizar ações e estratégias para assistir a pacientes com tricomoníase no contexto da atenção básica, realizando ações e estratégias que visem prevenir, diagnosticar e tratar a infecção.

Abstract:
Trichomoniasis is caused by sexually transmitted parasitosis, and its late treatment favors HIV infection, infertility, uterine and prostate cancer. The early diagnosis and instant treatment of this infection is attributed to Primary Care services, highlighting the qualified assistance of nurses from health promotion and prevention, syndromic approach, tests detection and nursing implementation. This is an integrative review using 11 articles published between 2012 and 2021. The aim of this study was to describe nursing care for patients with trichomoniasis. The results cite frequent diagnosis of profuse greenish-yellow leukorrhea, confirmation through cytopathological examination and therapy with metronidazole or tinidazole. It is concluded that the nurse has the competence to carry out actions and strategies to assist patients with trichomoniasis in the context of Primary Care, performing actions and strategies aimed at preventing, diagnosing and treating the infection.
