ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM NO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO EXCLUSIVO
Objetivo(s): O presado estudo teve o objetivo realizar uma revisão integrativa dos artigos, com o proposito de analisar as condutas de enfermagem na assistência ao aleitamento materno, como também identificar quais são as maiores dificuldades enfrentadas pela mãe nesse processo. Metodologia: Trata-se de um artigo de revisão integrativa, onde foi realizada a coleta de dados na biblioteca virtual de saúde (BIREME, BVS), consultado na base de dados (Lilacs, Medilane, Scielo, Bdenf), contendo os critérios de inclusão: idioma português, publicações dentre os anos de 2010 - 2016. Resultados: Pode-se verificar como a atuação da enfermagem em conjunto com os pacientes ajudam no cuidado com a amamentação e os seus benefícios para a criança, e aumenta a expectativa de se ter o maior numero de mães a alimentar o seu filho através do leite materno. Conclusão: Tem se visto que pelo cotidiano não se tem realizado o processo de alimentar á criança de 0 a 6 meses de forma exclusiva com o leite materno devido a muitos fatores que envolvem famílias, porem falta de amamentação exclusiva deve ser orientada e abordada de forma acolhedora para que possa ser revertida em benefícios para a criança. Neste contexto a atuação da enfermagem devera se fazer presente trazendo uma linguagem ampla sobre o assunto, levando a mãe a assumir o seu papel, e ajudando nesse acolhimento.

Abstract:
Objective (s): The objective of this study was to conduct an integrative review of the articles, with the purpose of analyzing nursing behaviors in breastfeeding care, as well as identifying which are the greatest difficulties faced by the mother in this process. Methodology: This is an integrative review article, where data were collected from the virtual health library (BIREME, VHL), consulted in the database (Lilacs, Medilane, Scielo, Bdenf), containing the inclusion criteria. : portuguese language, publications between the years 2010 - 2016. Results: It can be seen how the nursing performance together with the patients help in the care with breastfeeding and its benefits for the child, and increases the expectation of having the largest number of mothers feeding their child through breast milk. Conclusion: It has been seen that the daily process of feeding the child from 0 to 6 months has not been performed exclusively with breast milk due to many factors involving families, but lack of exclusive breastfeeding should be oriented and addressed so that it can be reversed in benefits for the child. In this context, nursing performance should be present bringing a broad language on the subject, leading the mother to assume her role, and helping in this welcoming.
