• Abstract: Nursing care in preventing teenage pregnancy, highlighting the importance of educational interventions, emotional support and integrated strategies. The main objective was to analyze the effectiveness of nursing actions in promoting sexual and reproductive health among adolescents, with a focus on reducing early pregnancy rates. The methodology included a systematic review of the literature available in the BVS, SciELO and LILACS databases, allowing the identification of relevant studies on the topic. The results showed that educational programs led by nurses, which include interactive activities and collaboration with schools and families, are highly effective in preventing teenage pregnancy. Furthermore, promoting gender equity and empowering adolescents were identified as crucial factors for the success of these interventions. Therefore, it is concluded that nursing care plays an essential role in the education and support of adolescents, contributing significantly to the promotion of safe sexual behaviors and the reduction of social inequalities that exacerbate vulnerability to early pregnancy.
