ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM EM URETROCISTOGRAFIA MICCIONAL PEDIÁTRICA
Uretrocistografia miccional (UCM) é um exame radiológico contrastado, realizado para avaliar a estrutura da bexiga e uretra, verificar a capacidade de micção do indivíduo e identificar a presença de refluxo vesicoureteral entre outras patologias. Este estudo teve como objetivo realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre a UCM em pediatria e as atividades de enfermagem desenvolvidas neste procedimento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão que buscou artigos sobre a temática através da base de dados: Google Acadêmico, Scielo e PubMed, foram selecionadas publicações a partir de 2005. Os resultados evidenciam escassa produção sobre o tema na área de enfermagem e elevado número de publicações na área médica, possivelmente por ser um dos exames diagnóstico mais recomendado para a avaliação de infecções urinárias na infância. A revisão permitiu descrever o exame de UCM em pediatria, as patologias mais identificadas e as atividades do enfermeiro durante todo o acompanhamento do exame, pré, trans e pós, identificando-se sua importância. O protocolo de enfermagem para atendimento da UCM em pediatria, desenvolvido nesta pesquisa, visa à qualificação do atendimento ao paciente e poderá ser adotado como rotina em serviços de imagem que realizam esse tipo de exame. A área de diagnóstico por imagem é um novo campo de trabalho para a enfermagem, com crescente necessidade destes profissionais, tendo em vista o aumento da complexidade dos exames realizados e a solicitação dos clientes por um atendimento mais qualificado e humanizado.

Abstract:
Micturition urethrocystography (UCM) is a contrasted radiological examination performed to evaluate the structure of the bladder and urethra, check the urinary capacity of the individual and identify the presence of vesicoureteral reflux among other pathologies. This study aimed to perform a bibliographic research about the UCM in pediatrics and the nursing activities developed in this procedure. It is a review research that searched for articles on the subject through the database: Google Scholar, Scielo and PubMed, publications were selected as of 2005. The results show little production on the subject in the area of nursing and high number of medical publications, possibly because it is one of the most recommended diagnostic exams for evaluating childhood urinary tract infections. The review allowed us to describe the UCM examination in pediatrics, the most identified pathologies and the nurses' activities throughout the examination, pre, trans and post examination, identifying their importance. The nursing protocol for the care of the UCM in pediatrics, developed in this research, aims at the qualification of patient care and can be adopted as a routine in imaging services that perform this type of examination. The area of diagnostic imaging is a new field of work for nursing, with increasing need of these professionals, in view of the complexity of the tests performed and the request of the clients for a more qualified and humanized service.
