ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE COM CRISE HIPERTENSIVA NO SERVIÇO DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA
INTRODUÇÃO: As doenças cardiovasculares representam importante problema de saúde pública, sendo a principal causa de morte no Brasil. Uma das complicações da hipertensão arterial é a crise hipertensiva, que é caracterizada por um aumento abrupto, inapropriado, intenso e sintomático da pressão arterial, podendo ocorrer lesão nos órgãos alvo (cérebro, coração, rins e artérias), o que potencializa risco de morte e que leva à procura pelos serviços de emergência. OBJETIVOS: Realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca do atendimento de enfermagem ao paciente com crise hipertensiva no serviço de urgência e emergência. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Os artigos foram coletados no período de março a maio de 2020. Foram utilizados os descritores: Assistência de enfermagem, hipertensão, urgência e emergência, como critério de inclusão foram considerados: texto completo, idioma português e inglês, que retratassem a temática em estudo, publicados com o recorte temporal de 2015 a 2020, e como critério de exclusão: textos repetidos, incompletos e que não focaram no tema exposto. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Dentro dessas buscas foram encontrados 65 artigos, porém, após a exclusão de achados duplicados e incompletos, restringiram-se a 24 obras. Ao final das análises, 7 artigos foram incluídos na revisão, porque melhor se enquadraram no objetivo proposto. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que a enfermagem tem importante papel no atendimento ao paciente em crise hipertensiva, além disso, a mesma é fundamental para o diagnóstico e controle da Hipertensão Arterial, reduzindo significativamente as complicações geradas pela doença.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Cardiovascular diseases represent an important public health problem, being the main cause of death in Brazil. One of the complications of arterial hypertension is the hypertensive crisis, which is characterized by an abrupt, inappropriate, intense and symptomatic increase in blood pressure, with damage to target organs (brain, heart, kidneys and arteries), which increases the risk of death and that leads to the demand for emergency services. OBJECTIVES: To carry out a bibliographic survey about nursing care for patients with hypertensive crisis in the urgency and emergency service. METHODOLOGY: This is a literature review in the database of the Virtual Health Library (VHL). The articles were collected from March to May 2020. The following keywords were used: Nursing care, hypertension, urgency and emergency, as inclusion criteria were considered: full text, Portuguese and English language, which depicted the theme under study, published with the time frame from 2015 to 2020, and as an exclusion criterion: repeated, incomplete texts that did not focus on the exposed theme. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Within these searches, 65 articles were found, however, after excluding duplicate and incomplete findings, they were restricted to 24 works. At the end of the analysis, 7 articles were included in the review, because they best fit the proposed objective. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that nursing has an important role in the care of patients in hypertensive crisis, in addition, it is essential for the diagnosis and control of Arterial Hypertension, significantly reducing the complications generated by the disease.
