ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE COM CARDIOPATIA VALVAR MITRAL SECUNDÁRIA A FEBRE REUMÁTICA COM ESTENOSE DE BIOPRÓTESE.
A febre reumática é uma complicação de uma faringoamigdalite causada pelo estreptococo beta-hemolítico do grupo A e pode ter como sequela uma cardiopatia valvar, decorrente de uma resposta imune tardia a esta infecção em populações geneticamente predispostas. Objetivo: Realizar Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem de acordo com a CIPE® versão 2017, aprimorando os conhecimentos sobre a patologia e suas possíveis complicações. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico, tipo revisão integrativa, que possibilita a síntese de estudos já publicados, permitindo a geração de novos conhecimentos Resultados e Discussão: O processo de seleção dos artigos a partir de duas formas de combinações dos descritores, como já mencionado inicialmente, identificaram-se 20 publicações. Excluíram-se 09 artigos após a leitura criteriosa dos estudos na íntegra, restando apenas 11 artigos a serem incluídos nesta revisão integrativa. A partir da leitura identificou-se que a febre reumática continua sendo a principal causa de insuficiência mitral, por causar retração dos folhetos, encurtamento das cordas tendíneas, impedindo a correta coaptação dos folhetos mitrais. Para que a atuação e a sistematização da enfermagem seja eficaz, junto aos paciente portador de distúrbios valvares, é necessário que o profissional procure adotar uma abordagem de saúde mais abrangente, que envolva a perspectiva do paciente sobre sua saúde. Conclusão:. Portando, sabe-se que a cardiopatia mitral, especialmente a insuficiência mitral, por dados epidemiológicos pode ser secundária a febre reumática, como também associada a pobreza e as más condições de vida, no qual a assistência de enfermagem deve proporcionar ao paciente uma assistência de qualidade e individualizada.

Abstract:
Rheumatic fever is a complication of pharyngoamigdalitis caused by group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus and may have as its sequel a valve heart disease, resulting from a late immune response to this infection in genetically predisposed populations. Objective: To systematize nursing care according to IPCE® version 2017, improving knowledge about the pathology and its possible complications. Methodology: This is a bibliographic study, of the integrative revision type, which enables the synthesis of studies already published, allowing the generation of new knowledge Results and Discussion: The process of selecting articles from two forms of combinations of descriptors, as already mentioned, identified 20 publications. Nine articles were excluded after careful reading of the studies in their entirety, leaving only 11 articles to be included in this integrative review. From the reading it was identified that rheumatic fever is still the main cause of mitral valve insufficiency, because it causes retraction of the leaflets, shortening of the chordae tendineae, preventing the correct coaptation of the mitral leaflets. For the performance and systematization of nursing to be effective, together with the patients with valvar disorders, it is necessary that the professional tries to adopt a more comprehensive health approach, involving the patient's perspective about his health. Conclusion:. Therefore, it is known that mitral heart disease, especially mitral insufficiency, by epidemiological data can be secondary to rheumatic fever, as well as associated to poverty and bad living conditions, in which nursing assistance must provide the patient with quality and individualized assistance.
