ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM Á MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL
A violência sexual é classificada como grave violação de direitos humanos, representando a extrema restrição da autonomia sexual e reprodutiva da mulher. Devido ao elevado índice de violência contra as mulheres no Brasil, a equipe de enfermagem necessita prestar uma assistência eficaz em todos os aspectos. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar os cuidados de enfermagem as pacientes vítimas de violência sexual. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, por meio da reunião dos artigos identificados nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, Scientific Electronic Library Online e Google acadêmico, através dos descritores violência sexual, assistência e enfermagem. Por meio dos descritores foram encontrados 361 estudos, dos quais, após os critérios de inclusão e exclusão estabelecidos, obteve-se 60 artigos. Com a leitura na íntegra selecionou-se 14 artigos para a construção da referida revisão. O estudo mostrou que a assistência à saúde prestada pela enfermagem às vítimas de violência sexual deve adotar medidas de cuidado pautadas, sobre tudo, no cuidado humanizado e acolhedor e que visem o respeito e a satisfação das necessidades da mulher em toda a sua integralidade, sem nenhum tipo de discriminação.

Abstract:
Sexual violence is classified as a serious violation of human rights, representing the extreme restriction of women's sexual and reproductive autonomy. Due to the high rate of violence against women in Brazil, the nursing team needs to provide effective care in all aspects. The aim of this study was to analyze nursing care for patients victims of sexual violence. This is an integrative review of the literature, through the meeting of the articles identified in the Virtual Health Library, Scientific Electronic Library Online and Google academic databases, through the descriptors sexual violence, care and nursing. Through the descriptors, 361 studies were found, of which, after the inclusion and exclusion criteria established, 60 articles were obtained. With the full reading, 14 articles were selected for the construction of this review. The study showed that the health care provided by nursing to victims of sexual violence should adopt care measures based, above all, on humanized and welcoming care and aimed at respecting and satisfying women's needs in all their integrality, without any type of discrimination.
