ASSISTÊNCIA AO IDOSO VITIMA DE VIOLÊNCIA:REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Um dos principais problemas de
saúde pública atualmente no Brasil, o qual
impacta milhares de pessoas, é a violência
contra a pessoa idosa. O estudo tem como
objetivo analisar nas produções científicas
nacionais e internacionais acerca da
assistência ao idoso vítima de violência.Tratase
de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. O
levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado por
meio de Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e
PubMed, utilizando os descritores “Aged” e
“Violence”, limitando-se às publicações dos
últimos cinco anos (2013 a 2017) 10 artigos
foram selecionados. Resultados: A polícia e os
serviços de emergência têm a responsabilidade
sobre a pessoa idosa e sobre os procedimentos
relacionados à agressão, porém, a literatura nos
mostra a falta de articulação entre os setores
responsáveis, existindo a falta de protocolos
de assistência, fluxo e organização, além do
despreparo dos profissionais atendentes dos
casos. Considerações finais: Busca-se resolver
a escasses de estudos e dados na literatura
referente à assistência da pessoa idosa e
evoluir em perspectivas de resolução sobre tal
violência.

Abstract:
The main public health problem
in Brazil, that impact millions of people, is the
violence against the elderly. The study has as
a goal to analyze the national and international
literature about the violence against elderly
people. It is an integrative literature review. The
bibliographical survey was done on the Virtual
Health Library (VHL) and PubMed, using the
descriptors “Aged” and “Violence”, being limited
to the publications of the last five years (2013
to 2017). 10 articles were included. Results:
The police and the emergency services have
the responsibility about the elderly people that
suffered violence, however, the literature shows
a lack of articulation among those responsible
sectors besides of a lack of assistance,
flow, organization protocols and proficient
professionals as well. Final considerations:
We look to supply the scarcity presents on the
literature related to the assistance of the elderly
people and the evolution with new perspectives
about the resolution of such violence.
