ASSÉDIO MORAL: REALIDADE E DESAFIOS NO TRABALHO DOCENTE NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL EM UM MUNICÍPIO DO INTERIOR DO MARANHÃO
No mundo do trabalho, dá-se muita importância às questões técnicas e objetivas do processo laboral. Desse modo, pode o ambiente tornar-se altamente promissor para os variados tipos de violência ou agressões no trabalho, respaldadas pela ineficácia da comunicação amistosa entre as partes na solução de problemas. Nesse contexto pode surgir o assédio moral, que se justifica na relação de poder: o superior rebaixando os subordinados. As reflexões desta pesquisa centraram-se em identificar a existência do assédio moral no trabalho docente da educação infantil de um município do Maranhão. A investigação de caráter quantitativo e qualitativo fez uso de questionários aplicados a profissionais da educação escolhidos de forma aleatória no campo da pesquisa. Diante do exposto, concluiu-se que as corporações precisam enfrentar o problema e erradicá-lo.

Abstract:
In the world of work, much importance is given to technical and objective issues of the labor process. In this way, the environment can become highly promising for the various types of violence or aggression at work, supported by the ineffectiveness of friendly communication between the parties in solving problems. In this context, moral harassment can arise, which is justified in the power relationship: the superior demeaning subordinates. The reflections of this research focused on identifying the existence of moral harassment in the teaching work of early childhood education in a municipality in Maranhão. The quantitative and qualitative investigation made use of questionnaires applied to education professionals chosen at random in the research field. Given the above, it was concluded that corporations need to face the problem and eradicate it.
