ASSÉDIO MORAL: ANÁLISE DO TEMA POR MEIO DE UMA BIBLIOMETRIA
Este trabalho faz parte de um projeto de pesquisa que aborda o assédio moral em ocorrências no Brasil Central e na região Centro Oeste. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar a produção científica internacional e nacional sobre assédio moral por meio de um estudo bibliométrico, no período compreendido entre os anos de 1999 e 2015. A pesquisa é descritiva e de abordagem quantitativa. Observou-se a classificação adotada pela CAPES, o Qualis 2014, válido para a área de Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo (periódicos classificados nos estratos A1, A2, B1 e B2). Pesquisou-se com as palavras: “assédio moral”; “bullying”; “harassment”; “mobbing” e “acoso laboral”. Foram analisados 83 artigos e como principais resultados: as publicações sobre o tema têm sido realizadas por diferentes áreas de conhecimento, demonstrando o seu caráter interdisciplinar; as publicações dos periódicos nacionais se encontram mais pulverizadas em distintos periódicos; a produção intelectual da temática, tanto nos artigos internacionais quanto nacionais, está concentrada em autores que optam por escrever em parceria em pequenos grupos e também de forma individualizada. Evidencia-se que se faz necessário expandir o conhecimento e a produção científica sobre a temática.

Abstract:
This work is part of a research project that addresses harassment in occurrences in Central Brazil and in the Midwest region. The aim of the study was to analyze the international and national scientific production about harassment through a bibliometric study, in the period between the years 1999 and 2015. The research is descriptive and quantitative approach. It was observed the classification adopted by CAPES, the Qualis 2014, valid for the area of Administration, Accouting Sciences and Tourism (journals classified in strata A1, A2, B1 and B2). Researched with the words: “harassment”; “bullying”; “mobbing” and “workplace harassment”. We analyzed 83 articles and the main results: publications on the theme have been held in different areas of knowledge, demonstrating its interdisciplinary character; the publications of national journals are more sprayed in different journals; the production of theme intellectual, much the international articles how much the nationals, it’s concentrated on authors who choose to write together in small groups and also individually. It is evidenced that it is necessary to expand knowledge and the scientific production on the theme.
