ASPECTOS GERAIS SOBRE A FLEXIBILIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO NO SÉCULO XXI GENERAL ASPECTS ABOUT WORK FLEXIBILIZATION IN THE 21ST CENTURY
Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar uma breve análise sobre o crescimento do trabalho
remoto e o fim dos escritórios tradicionais, demonstrando como a pandemia do COVID-19 pode
ter influenciado, a acelerar este fenômeno, transformando de forma permanente, as relações
laborais. O presente trabalho visa ainda abordar sobre os principais desafios e mudanças que
estão sendo percebidas, no ambiente empresarial, nesta retomada pós-pandemia. Desta forma,
assim como observado em outros eventos globais, de grande impacto, este trabalho tem por
objetivo demonstrar que, finalmente, as relações laborais adentraram no século XXI, graças as
imensas transformações introduzidas durante os períodos de restrições e lockdown, em todo o
planeta. Estaria, a humanidade, finalmente, ingressando em uma nova era, na qual as relações
laborais se confundirão com a vida pessoal do indivíduo? Seria, realmente saudável e benéfico ao
trabalhador, o trabalho remoto que, embora existente desde os tempos anteriores a pandemia do
COVID-19, este modelo somente ganhou força efetiva a partir deste último evento? O presente
trabalho tem, portanto, objetivo de esclarecer estes questionamentos.

Abstract:
This research aims to present a brief analysis of the growth of remote work and the end of
traditional offices, demonstrating how the COVID-19 pandemic may have influenced, to accelerate
this phenomenon, permanently transforming industrial relations. The present work also aims to
address the main challenges and changes that are being perceived, in the business environment,
in this post-pandemic resumption. In this way, as observed in other global events of great impact,
this work aims to demonstrate that, finally, labor relations have entered the 21st century, thanks
to the immense transformations introduced during the periods of restrictions and lockdown, all
over the planet. Is humanity, finally, entering a new era, in which labor relations will be confused
with the individual's personal life? Would remote work really be healthy and beneficial to the
worker, which, although existing since the times before the COVID-19 pandemic, this model only
gained effective strength from this last event? The present work therefore aims to clarify these
questions.
