AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E SEUS IMPACTOS NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES PARA ATUAR EM CRECHES NO BRASIL
O Artigo aborda as políticas públicas para a formação de professores da educação infantil em nosso país. Para isso, realiza uma pesquisa documental, realizando um recorde temporal de 1996-2019. Fica evidente a passagem do grau de escolaridade dos docentes de creches, iniciando com a qualificação no ensino fundamental, depois a técnica, em seguida a superior, e finalmente a pós-graduação. Portanto, o texto defende a tese que as políticas públicas foram essenciais para o avanço na formação docente para o magistério com bebês e crianças bem pequenas.

Abstract:
The Article addresses public policies for the training of early childhood teachers in our country. For this, it conducts a documentary research, setting a 1996-2019 time record. It is evident that the level of education of daycare teachers is evident, starting with the qualification in elementary school, then the technique, then the higher education, and finally the graduate course. Therefore, the text defends the thesis that public policies were essential for the advancement of teacher training for teachers with babies and very young children.
