AS POLÍTICAS CURRICULARES CONTEMPORÂNEAS E A (RE)ORGANIZAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA
O presente texto tem por objetivo refletir sobre as políticas curriculares contemporâneas e suas inter-relações com a (re)organização do trabalho pedagógico na educação básica – no Brasil e em Minas Gerais. No estudo, são analisados alguns marcos de reformas que vêm (re)configurando este ensino após os anos de 1990. Isto, com destaque para as tendências da pedagogia modernizadora, da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases (Lei n. 9.394/96); da proposta mineira de Conteúdo Básico Comum, CBC (2005); e da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, BNCC (2017), considerando as relações destas reformas com o conceito de qualidade, com as avaliações em larga escala e com as mudanças estruturais ocorridas neste nível de ensino. Sinalizam-se, aqui, as tendências das políticas públicas estatais para a educação, no sentido de regular currículos, racionalizá-los e estreitá-los, desconsiderando as discussões sobre cidadania e democracia cravadas nos projetos políticos-pedagógicos das escolas, em detrimento das exigências de mercado.

Abstract:
This text aims to reflect on contemporary curriculum policies and their interrelationships with the (re)organization of pedagogical work in basic education - in Brazil and Minas Gerais state. In the study, some reforms landmarks that have been (re)configuring this teaching after the 1990s are analyzed. We empathize trends in modernizing pedagogy, Law of Guidelines and Bases (Lei n. 9.394/96); the Minas Gerais proposal of Common Basic Content (2005); and the National Common Curricular Base (2017), considering the relationship of these reforms with the concept of quality, with large-scale assessments and structural changes that occurred at this level of education. In this text, the state public policies for education trends are signaled, in the sense of regulating curriculum, rationalizing and narrowing them, disregarding the discussions about citizenship and democracy embedded in the political-pedagogical projects of schools, in despite of the market demands.
