AS PATOLOGIAS DAS FUNDAÇÕES E A IMPORTÂNCIA DO ESTUDO DAS PROPRIEDADES DO SOLO
O presente artigo tem por objetivo retratar as patologias que surgem nas edificações, devido a projetos mal executados e a negligência quanto ao estudo do solo, situação que poderia ser evitada se alguns profissionais se dedicassem a estudar isoladamente o solo e suas propriedades. Desse modo, o estudo visa identificar quais os impactos e a influência do solo em uma construção civil, de tal forma que a escolha adequada do tipo de solo irá afetar diretamente à segurança e a estrutura da edificação. A partir disso, através de um estudo aprofundado e um bom planejamento, as patologias poderão ser evitadas e a edificação terá uma boa estabilidade, priorizando o acompanhamento inicial do projeto e suas particularidades, até a conclusão da obra. Assim, haverá uma maior segurança na edificação e maior economia, tornando-se um bom investimento.

Abstract:
This article aims to portray the pathologies that arise in buildings, due to poorly executed projects and negligence regarding the study of the soil, a situation that could be avoided if some professionals would dedicated themselves to study the soil and its properties in isolation. In this way, the study aims to identify the impacts and influence of the soil in a civil construction, in such a way that the appropriate choice of soil type will directly affect the safety and structure of the building. From this, through an in-depth study and a good planning, pathologies can be avoided and the building will have good stability, prioritizing the initial monitoring of the project and its particularities, until the completion of the work. Thus, there will be greater security in the building and greater economy, becoming a good investment.
