AS DIFICULDADES NA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO PROCESSO DE ACREDITAÇÃO NAS INSTITUIÇÕES DE SAÚDE
Apesar dos esforços de estruturação ao Sistema de Acreditação, muitos hospitais encontram dificuldades para implantar seus requisitos. Tendo como principais obstáculos as mudanças na estrutura organizacional e cultural dos colaboradores. Além da rotatividade de pessoas, a dificuldade dos profissionais e gestores em alinhar as atividades da assistência com a parte burocrática. Esta revisão evidenciou a importância do papel do enfermeiro na gestão dos processos para adequação do hospital, contudo isso gera sobrecarga e estresse ocupacional, não só a esse profissional como a toda equipe multiprofissional, bem como constantes cobranças do processo. O clima organizacional e comunicação efetiva entre as equipes influencia diretamente nas atitudes de adesão deles ao processo. A acreditação promove reorganização gerencial e assistencial, e possibilita otimização dos processos institucionais fazendo com que haja maior racionalização de recursos, melhoras estruturais e aumento da produtividade, que culminarão, principalmente, no aumento da qualidade e segurança ao paciente.

Abstract:
Despite efforts to structure the Accreditation System, many hospitals find it difficult to implement their requirements. Having as main obstacles the changes in the organizational and cultural structure of the employees. In addition to the turnover of people, the difficulty of professionals and managers in aligning assistance activities with the bureaucratic part. This review highlighted the importance of the nurse's role in the management of processes for the adequacy of the hospital, however this generates overload and occupational stress, not only for this professional but for the entire multidisciplinary team, as well as constant demands in the process. The organizational climate and effective communication between teams directly influence their attitudes towards adherence to the process. Accreditation promotes managerial and care reorganization, and allows for the optimization of institutional processes, leading to greater rationalization of resources, structural improvements and increased productivity, which will culminate, mainly, in increased quality and patient safety.
