AS DESIGUALDADES SOCIAIS QUE AFETAM JOVENS E SUAS FAMÍLIAS NO BRASIL EM TEMPOS NEOLIBERAIS E O TRABALHO SOCIAL DO SCFV ARTICULADO AO PAIF
o trabalho analisa a realidade social
que afeta jovens e suas famílias no Brasil em
tempos neoliberais, discutindo-se o trabalho do
SCFV articulado ao PAIF. Com base em estudo
bibliográfico e documental, os resultados
mostraram os desafios desse trabalho social
quanto ao atendimento das especificidades de
segmentos e grupos, frente às segregações,
estigmas e marginalizações que os territórios
apresentam, aprofundadas no contexto do
neoliberalismo, com acirramento das situações
de pobreza e fragilização de vínculos,
notadamente de jovens pobres e negros da
periferia, a partir de processos subordinados aos
determinantes político-sociais do capitalismo
em âmbito global.

Abstract:
the paper analyzes the social
reality that affects young people and their
families in Brazil, discussing the work of the
SCFV articulated to PAIF in face of the problems
experienced in the contemporary world. Based
on a bibliographical and documentary study,
the results showed the challenges of this social
work regarding the specificities of segments and
groups, in the face of the segregation, stigma
and marginalization that the territories present,
deepened in the context of neoliberalism, and
the weakening of ties, especially of poor and
black youth from the periphery, from processes
subordinated to the social-political determinants
of capitalism at a global level.
