AS CONSEQUÊNCIAS DA CRIAÇÃO DA “ESTRADA PARQUE CAMINHO DO COLONO” NO “PROJETO ONÇAS DO IGUAÇU” E NO PARQUE NACIONAL DO IGUAÇU
O presente artigo discute, entre outros documentos, o Projeto de Lei
N.º 984-A/2019 do Deputado Federal Nelsi Cogueto Vermelho (PSD-PR) que
pretende alterar a Lei nº 9.985/2000, que visa criar a categoria de Estrada
Parque no Parque Nacional do Iguaçu, a pesquisa demonstra de que forma
essa proposta, caso aprovada, poderá interferir no Projeto Onças do Iguaçu,
que objetiva a proteção da população de onças pintadas (Panthera onca) e a
conservação da biodiversidade dessa região de Mata Atlântica que está em
extinção. A metodologia se fundamenta em pesquisa bibliográfica e de cunho
qualitativo, com leitura em diversos artigos, documentos, revistas e sites de
caráter jornalístico. Concluiu-se com a investigação que estradas trazem
diversos malefícios ao ecossistema e que o Projeto de Lei em questão
apresenta diversas incoerências, além de prejudicar o projeto e a
biodiversidade do local.

Abstract:
This article discusses, among other documents, Bill N.º 984-A /
2019 by Federal Deputy Nelsi Cogueto Vermelho (PSD-PR) that intends to
amend Law N.º 9,985 / 2000, which aims to create the category of Park Road in
the Iguaçu National Park, the research shows how this proposal, if approved,
may interfere in the Onças do Iguaçu Project, which aims to protect the jaguar
population (Panthera onca) and to conserve the biodiversity of this Atlantic
Forest region that is endangered.The methodology is based on bibliographic
and qualitative research, with reading in several articles, documents, magazines
and websites of a journalistic nature.It was concluded with the investigation that
roads bring several harms to the ecosystem and that the Bill in question
presents several inconsistencies, in addition to harming the project and the local
biodiversity.
