Arquivos da memória em A Dor de Marguerite Duras
A Dor é uma coletânea de seis
narrativas que registra acontecimentos do
período da Ocupação alemã na França. Freud
explica que a violência e as guerras causam
enormes traumas no indivíduo (2010). Durante
dois anos, a autora viveu à espera do marido
que estava preso no campo de concentração de
Buchenwald; esse fato gerou para ela enorme
angústia. Ricoeur aponta para a possibilidade
de representação de uma imagem presente
semelhante à impressão “de um anel sobre
a cera” (2000, p.8). Neste sentido, vemos na
escrita de Duras, em A dor, a representação
de suas memórias nesse tempo de grande
sofrimento.

Abstract:
Memoir of war is a collection of
six novels that narrate the events of the period
of the German Occupation in France, during
the Second World War. Freud explains that
the violence and the wars cause enormous
traumas in the human being (2010). During
two years, Marguerite Duras has been waiting
for her husband who was imprisoned in the
camp of Buchenwald. The anguish she has felt
during this period generates to her enormous
psychological and physical suffering. Ricoeur
tells us about the possibility of representation of
a present image that is similar to an impression
“of a ring on a wax” (2000, p.8). In this sense, we
can see in Duras’ writing in Memoir of war, the
representation of her memories in this period of
great suffering.
