APRENDIZAJE HÍBRIDO, UNA ESTRATEGIA QUE FORTALECE EL PROCESO EDUCATIVO EN LA NUEVA NORMALIDAD
El aprendizaje híbrido es un enfoque en el que se combina la educación presencial y a distancia, esta forma de estudio se complementa con las nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y fue utilizada durante la pandemia del COVID-19 porque la educación tuvo una interrupción, en el cual las formas tradicionales de estudio se vieron afectadas. El propósito de esta investigación es revisar las experiencias de aprendizaje de los alumnos en este enfoque, para mejorar el desarrollo de su aprendizaje en el futuro. Asimismo, verificar su aceptación para considerar la reestructura de los planes de estudio. Los resultados evidencian la aceptación del modelo híbrido con un nivel de aprendizaje mayormente bueno, pero implica algunos retos como asegurar que el total de profesores mantenga comunicación con sus estudiantes, que todos los estudiantes tengan acceso a Internet, entre otros.

Abstract:
Hybrid learning is an approach in which face-to-face and distance education are combined, this form of study is complemented with new Information Technologies, and it was used due to the COVID-19 pandemic, because education had an interruption, in which traditional forms of study were affected. The purpose of this research is to review the learning experiences of students in this approach, to improve the development of their learning in the future. Likewise, to verify its acceptance to consider the restructuring of the study plans. The results show the acceptance of the hybrid model with a mostly good level of learning, but it implies some challenges such as ensuring that all teachers maintain communication with their students, all students have access to Internet, between others.
