APRECIAÇÃO DA BIBLIOTECA DOM MARCOS A. NORONHA AO PARECER DA SATISFAÇÃO DOS USUÁRIOS
A avaliação da edificação construída é significativa para familiarizar com os elementos constituídos e sua funcionalidade, o que proporciona a análise de desempenho do ambiente com as variáveis que o compõe. Para este estudo foi definida a avaliação da Biblioteca Dom Marcos A. Noronha que teve como objetivo o saber da real situação da ocupação. A metodologia aplicada foi caracterizada como qualitativa e quantitativa. Realizaram-se levantamentos técnicos de campo e aplicação da ferramenta de APO (Avaliação pós- ocupação) que é o questionário aos discentes. Os instrumentos metodológicos possibilitaram aproximação com o ambiente e compreensão das insatisfações e satisfações dos usuários, que apontaram escassez de áreas para estudo coletivo e individual e inconformidades com localização das estantes e disposições dos acervos. As satisfações foram relacionadas ao ambiente externo e interno relacionadas a iluminação e a estética. A análise observou que é preciso organização do espaço tornando mais diversificado para fins de estudo, visto que as possíveis medidas a serem adotadas futuramente, para adequação do ambiente são de atributo de curto a médio prazo.

Abstract:
The evaluation of the built building is significant to familiarize with the constituted elements and their functionality, which provides the analysis environmental performance with the variables that compose them. For this study, the evaluation of the Dom Marcos A. Noronha Library was defined, which aimed to know the current situation of the occupation. The applied methodology was characterized as qualitative and quantitative. Technical surveys of the field and application of the APO (Post-occupation Evaluation) tool were carried out, which is the questionnaire to the students. The methodological instruments allowed approximation with the environment and understanding of the users' insatisfactory and satisfiements, which indicate scarcity of areas for collective and individual study and non-conformities with the location of the shelves and arrangements of the books. The satisfactions were related to the external environment and internal environment regarding the lighting and esthetics. The analysis observed that it is necessary to organize the space making more diversified for study purposes, since the possible measures to be adopted in the future to adapt the environment are of short to medium term atribute.
