Para selecionar quais ferramentas de segurança do trabalho farão parte de um programa que direciona a agenda da alta liderança, é necessário entender quais as ferramentas precisam ser acompanhadas, para isso foi aplicado a metodologia VFT combinada com o Delphi. Assim foi possível selecionar quais ferramentas integrariam o programa e identificar a necessidade de treinamentos operacionais.

Abstract:
In order to select which work safety tools will be part of a program that directs the senior leadership's agenda, it is necessary to understand which tools need to be monitored, for which the VFT methodology combined with Delphi was applied. Thus, it was possible to select which tools would integrate the program and identify the need for operational training.
