Abstract: Due to the greater demand for water resources, it is important to study the demand for water conservation on the planet. Therefore, greater industrialization must be accompanied by a dynamic of greater conservation. 2 For problems of environmental impact of water resources, the implantation of alternative systems as the wetlands is of vital importance, therefore, the importance of its study. The research took into account the collaboration of UNICAMP in conducting a project to evaluate the performance of dissolved oxygen (OD) concentration in a pilot system of wetlands. Therefore, sewage inlets and outlets were monitored for 5 days with pre and post treatment samples collected by the system. The collections took place from July 22 to July 26, 2024 in a wetlands profile 4m x 1m at 2 pm and allowed the analysis of a percentage gain in dissolved oxygen concentration of 54.3% in the treatment process.
