APLICAÇÃO DA TEORIA DAS RESTRIÇÕES EM EMPRESA BENEFICIADORA DE BATATAS DO MUNICÍPIO DE ARAXÁ-MG
O objetivo desse estudo é
identificação de restrições responsáveis por
impossibilitar a expansão e crescimento de uma
beneficiadora de batatas, de forma que ela gere
mais lucro e obtenha uma maior capacidade
competitiva no mercado. A companhia se
caracteriza por uma empresa de porte pequeno,
de caráter familiar, situada na cidade de AraxáMG. Será utilizado o Processo de Raciocínio
da Teoria das Restrições e suas ferramentas,
no levantamento dos fatores que impedem a
prosperidade da organização, para identificar
as restrições, que deverão ser apuradas,
sendo elas físicas ou não. O resultado obtido
foi conhecer, de acordo com as ferramentas do
Processo de Raciocínio, as causas que limitam
o ganho e a possibilidade de crescimento e de
maior competitividade de uma beneficiadora
de batatas. O resultado é apresentado como
um plano de ações. Ele é uma solução mais
viável e lógica de investimento na empresa e
que gerará o retorno financeiro mais evidente
e de maior robustez proporcional ao esforço
aplicado.

Abstract:
This work’s objective is to identify
constraints that make it impossible to expand
and grow a potato processor company, in order
to generate more profit and obtains a greater
competitive capacity in the potatoes market. The
company is characterized by a small company
of a family character, located in the city of AraxáMG. The Theory of Constraints Reasoning
Process and its tools will be used in the survey
of the factors that preclude the prosperity of the
organization in order to identify the constraints
which should be determined, whether physical
or not. The result was to know, according to the
tools of the Process of Reasoning, the causes
that limit the gain and the possibility of growth
and of greater competitiveness of a potato processor. The result is presented as an
action plan. It is a more viable and logical solution of investment to the company and
that will generate a more evident financial return and greater robustness proportional
to the applied effort
