A FINALIDADE DESTE ARTIGO É DEMOSTRAR A METODOLOGIA UTILIZADA AO PESQUISAR A POSSIBILIDADE DE VER A TECNOLOGIA E O COMPLIANCE CAMINHANDO JUNTOS NO COMBATE À CORRUPÇÃO NAS CONTRATAÇÕES PÚBLICAS. UM PRIMEIRO PASSO NESSA DIREÇÃO COMPREENDE NO ENTENDIMENTO DA ORIGEM E DO CONCEITO DOS PLANOS DE INTEGRIDADE – COMPLIANCE E DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL. A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DESSES CONCEITOS NOS REMETERÁ À APLICAÇÃO NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA, MAIS PRECISAMENTE, NAS LICITAÇÕES, TRAZENDO AQUI O EXEMPLO DA APLICAÇÃO CONJUNTA DOS DOIS TEMAS COM A EXPERIÊNCIA DO ROBÔ ALICE, FERRAMENTA CRIADA PELA CONTROLADORIA GERAL DA UNIÃO, UTILIZADA TAMBÉM PELO TRIBUNAL DE CONTAS DA UNIÃO, COM O OBJETIVO DE PREVENIR FRAUDES NAS LICITAÇÕES.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the methodology used in researching the possibility to see technology and Compliance working together in the combat of corruption in public procurement. A first step in this direction involves the comprehension of the origin and concept of Integrity Plans - Compliance and artificial intelligence. The identification of these concepts will lead us to its application in Public Administration, more precisely, in publicbids. Here, we can bring the successful example of the joint application of these two themes with the experience of the ALICE Robot. This robot is a tool created by the Union General Controller, and also used by the Federal Court of Accounts, with the purpose to prevente bidding frauds.
