Análise SWOT municipal como instrumento e estratégia contra a pobreza: um estudo de caso de San Andrés Huayápam, Oaxaca, México.
O objectivo do trabalho SWOT municipal, um instrumento contra a pobreza, é realizar um estudo descritivo das características do município de San Andrés Huayápam, situado na Região dos Vales Centrais do Estado de Oaxaca; A metodologia aplicada foi um estudo documental dados os problemas da COVID 19, obtendo dados de fontes de informação secundárias do INEGI, DIGEPO e CONEVAL, o trabalho está dividido em três secções: a primeira é o estado da arte sobre o tema SWOT como instrumento de planeamento; a segunda parte descreve a área de estudo; depois os resultados incluindo o SWOT dos indicadores: turismo, organização e pobreza.

Abstract:
The work of the municipal SWOT tool against poverty, aims to carry out a descriptive work of the characteristics of the municipality of San Andrés Huayápam located in the Central Valleys Region of the State of Oaxaca; The methodology applied was a desk study given the problems of COVID 19, obtaining data from secondary information sources from INEGI, DIGEPO and CONEVAL, the work is divided into three sections: the first is the state of the art on the subject of SWOT as a tool for planning; the second part describes the study area; then the results including the SWOT of the indicators: tourism, organization and poverty.
