ANÁLISE RETROSPECTIVA DAS OCORRÊNCIAS DE QUEDAS INFANTIS ATENDIDAS PELO SIATE NO MUNICÍPIO DE FOZ DO IGUAÇUPR EM 2015 E 2016
Os acidentes por causas externas com crianças são considerados um problema de saúde pública no Brasil, e dentre as causas externas se encaixam as ocorrências por quedas. O estudo objetiva analisar e traçar o perfil das crianças de 0 a 12 vítimas de quedas atendidas pelo Serviço Integrado de Atendimento ao Trauma em Emergência (SIATE) nos anos de 2014 a 2016 no município de Foz do Iguaçu/PR. Estudo epidemiológico, descritivo, analítico, transversal e os dados foram coletados dos Relatórios de Atendimentos dos Socorristas (RAS), registrados pelos socorristas durante o atendimento das ocorrências. Foram analisadas as variáveis de idade, sexo, tipo de queda, entre outros. Espera-se com o estudo contribuir para a elaboração de medidas preventivas, mostrar a importâncias de ações de prevenção a acidentes infantis, quer sejam de trânsito, domésticos, entre outros, e diminuir a frequência de tais quedas.

Abstract:
External causes with children are considered a public health problem in Brazil, and among the external causes they fit as occurrences due to falls. The study objectively analyzed and traced the profile of children from 0 to 12 wounds from falls treated by the Integrated Service for Emergency Trauma (SIATE) from 2014 to 2016 in the city of Foz do Iguaçu / PR. This is an epidemiological, descriptive, analytical, cross-sectional study, and data were collected from the First Aider Care Reports (RAS), recorded by the rescuers during the care of occurrences.Variables such as age, sex, type of fall, among others, were analyzed. It is hoped that the study will contribute to the prevention of preventive measures, show the importance of actions to prevent childhood accidents, whether in traffic, domestic, among others, and reduce the frequency of such falls.
