ANÁLISE MACROERGONÔMICA DO TRABALHO NO SETOR DE COSTURA EM UMA INDÚSTRIA TÊXTIL COM ÊNFASE NA INOVAÇÃO DO SISTEMA PRODUTIVO
A presente pesquisa apresentou como objetivo identificar, mapear e propor, possibilidades de inovação do sistema produtivo, a partir do método da Análise Macroergonômica do Trabalho (AMT). O projeto teve como foco o setor de costura de uma indústria têxtil de vestuário feminino situada na cidade de Londrina-PR, tendo como principal meta a tentativa de proporcionar ganhos quantitativos e qualitativos a esta empresa. Foi possível identificar, de forma participativa com os próprios usuários, quais fatores eram causadores de constrangimentos posturais e organizacionais. Este mapeamento direcionou a escolha dos pontos de intervenção projetual ou modificações ergonômicas que deveriam ser implementadas para melhorias do sistema produtivo e ampliação da segurança, conforto e satisfação de todos os envolvidos.

Abstract:
This research aimed to identify, map and propose, possibilities of innovation of the productive system, from the method of Macroergonomic Analysis of Work (AMT). The project focused on the sewing sector of a women's clothing textile industry located in the city of Londrina-PR, having as its main goal the attempt to provide quantitative and qualitative gains to this company. It was possible to identify, in a participative way with the users themselves, which factors were causing postural and organizational constraints. This mapping directed the choice of points of projectual intervention or ergonomic modifications that should be implemented to improve the production system and increase the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all involved.
