ANÁLISE ESTRUTURAL DE EDIFICAÇÕES DAS ÁREAS RIBEIRINHAS PÓS DESASTRE: Um Olhar Para o Banco da Vitória, Ilhéus-Ba
Desastres são responsáveis por diversas perdas que afetam diretamente a população. No que tange às perdas materiais, danos causados às moradias implicam em perdas econômicas e afeta socialmente os ribeirinhos. Assim, o presente trabalho objetiva avaliar impactos estruturais ocorridos nos imóveis da população ribeirinha do bairro Banco da Vitória na cidade de Ilhéus/ Bahia após a enchente de 24 e 25 dezembro de 2021 e propor ações mitigadoras. Para isso, realizou-se um levantamento de dados através de documentos obtidos na Defesa Civil da Prefeitura Municipal de Ilhéus/Ba e visita aos domicílios. Foi possível identificar que cerca de 20% da população do bairro em análise teve suas casas inundadas e em torno de 10% destas, tiveram suas casas destruídas. Patologias como fissuras, bolores e rachaduras foram identificas. Fatores para além de ocupações indevidas de áreas ribeirinhas também foram verificados: construções em solo encharcado, obras sem supervisão de profissional habilitado, imóveis antigos e sem manutenção, expansão de bairro sem planejamento em conjunto com a enchente exerceram influência direta nos danos identificados. Como ação corretiva o governo propõe a construção de novas áreas de moradia para remanejamento dos ribeirinhos e é importante um trabalho de conscientização dos riscos ofertados a ocupações próximas ao rio, conscientização ambiental e melhoria nas condições socioeconômicas dos moradores.

Abstract:
Disasters are responsible for several losses that directly affect the population. With regard to material losses, damage caused to housing implies economic losses and socially affects riverside dwellers. Thus, the present work aims to evaluate structural impacts that occurred in the properties of the riverside population of the Banco da Vitória neighborhood in the city of Ilhéus / Bahia after the flood of December 24 and 25, 2021 and to propose mitigating actions. For this, a data collection was carried out through documents obtained in the Civil Defense of the Municipality of Ilhéus/Ba and visits to the homes. It was possible to identify that about 20% of the population of the neighborhood under analysis had their homes flooded and around 10% of these had their homes destroyed. Pathologies such as fissures, mold and cracks were identified. Factors in addition to undue occupation of riverside areas were also verified: constructions on waterlogged soil, works without the supervision of a qualified professional, old and unmaintained buildings, unplanned neighborhood expansion together with the flood had a direct influence on the identified damages. As a corrective action, the government proposes the construction of new housing areas for the relocation of riverside dwellers and it is important to raise awareness of the risks offered to occupations close to the river, environmental awareness and improvement in the socioeconomic conditions of the residents.
