ANÁLISE ERGONÔMICA DO TRABALHO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA FÁBRICA DE GELO
O estudo consiste em descrever a Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET) em uma fábrica de gelo localizada na cidade de São Luís – MA, tendo como metodologia à análise observacional descritiva, visando identificar as disfunções e condições que possam vir agravar à saúde e bem estar dos trabalhadores durante o desempenho das suas tarefas. Para apreciação da situação do trabalho, levouse em consideração às atividades e tarefas de cada colaborador durante o processo de fabricação, carregamento e expedição do gelo. Ademais, analisou-se o ambiente que o trabalhador é exposto, bem como sua relação com as máquinas e equipamentos, comunicação no ambiente e segurança. Por fim, analisaram-se as condições posturais dos trabalhadores utilizando-se o software Ergolândia. A partir dos resultados do software foram avaliadas as condições de postura pelos métodos OWAS e RULA, alimentando-os com as disfunções dos funcionários que ocorrem durante o desempenho das tarefas. Tais ponderações foram feitas com a finalidade de saber qual ponto é o mais agravante e assim propor soluções/intervenções necessárias. Os métodos utilizados têm como objetivo garantir o bem estar dos trabalhadores no ambiente de trabalho visando o aumento da produtividade. O diagnóstico foi resultado dos dados obtidos a partir de visitas in loco. Finalizando-o, foram feitas recomendações ergonômicas para os trabalhadores e ponderações quando à análise da demanda, tarefa e atividade dos processos produtivos.

Abstract:
The study consists in describing the Ergonomic Analysis of Work (AET) in an ice factory located in the city of São Luís – MA, having as methodology the descriptive observational analysis, aiming at identifying the dysfunctions and conditions that may aggravate health and workers’ well-being during the performance of their tasks. In order to assess the work situation, consideration was given to the activities and tasks of each employee during the process of manufacturing, loading and dispatch the ice. In addition, it was analyzed the environment that the worker is exposed, as well as its relation with the machines and equipments, communication in the environment and security. Finally, the postural conditions of the workers were analyzed using Ergolândia software. From the results of the software, the posture conditions were evaluated by the OWAS and RULA methods, feeding them with the dysfunctions of the employees that occur during the performance of the tasks. These considerations were made with the purpose of knowing which point is the most aggravating and thus proposing the necessary solutions / interventions. The methods used aim to ensure the well-being of workers in the work environment aiming at increasing productivity. The diagnosis was a result of data obtained from in loco visits. Finally, ergonomic recommendations were made for the workers and weights when analyzing the demand, task and activity of the productive processes.
