ANÁLISE DOS ASPECTOS CLÍNICOS DA NEUROPATIA PERIFÉRICA NO PACIENTE COM ÚLCERA DE PÉ DIABÉTICO
Objetivo: analisar os aspectos clínicos da neuropatia periférica no paciente com úlcera de pé diabético. Metodologia: trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo descritiva, quantitativa e transversal realizada com pacientes atendidos pelo Centro Especializado de Atenção ao Diabético e Hipertenso (CEADH) da Secretaria Executiva Regional II (SER-II), na cidade de Fortaleza (CE). A coleta de dados foi realizada durante os meses de outubro e novembro de 2020 em pessoas com diabetes mellitus e que tinham lesões ulcerativas em pé diabético. No consultório de enfermagem da unidade, foi feita a avaliação do paciente seguindo roteiro da ficha de avaliação de pé diabético para investigação e análise dos aspectos da lesão e da neuropatia periférica presente. Os dados obtidos foram tabulados em Microsoft Office Excell® e apresentados com a respectiva análise. A pesquisa foi submetida e aprovada na Plataforma Brasil após ser apreciada por um Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa com seres humanos. Resultados: foram avaliados 30 pacientes. Destes, 12 (40,0%) possuíam apenas sintomas de neuropatia sensitiva, 17 (56,7%) possuíam sintomas de neuropatia sensitiva e autonômica, e 1(3,3%) possuía sintomas de neuropatia sensitiva e motora. Conclusão: ainda há agravos intensificados pela falta de adesão ao tratamento ou pela conduta inadequada. É fundamental a atuação do enfermeiro tanto para avaliar e realizar diagnóstico precoce dos tipos de neuropatias, quanto para orientar sobre o autocuidado com o pé diabético, a fim de evitar maior comprometimento de membros inferiores do paciente.

Abstract:
Objective: to analyze the clinical aspects of peripheral neuropathy in patients with ulcers in diabetic foot. Methodology: this is a descriptive, quantitative and transversal field research carried out with patients treated by the Specialized Center for Diabetic and Hypertensive Care (CEADH) of the Regional Executive Secretariat II (SER-II), in the city of Fortaleza (CE). The research was submitted and approved at Plataforma Brasil after being evaluated by an Ethics Committee in Research with human beings. Results: 30 patients were evaluated. Of these, 12 (40.0%) had symptoms of sensitive neuropathy, 17 (56.7%) had symptoms of sensitive and autonomic neuropathy, and 1 (3.3%) had symptoms of sensitive and motor neuropathy. Conclusion: there are still aggravated problems due to the lack of adherence to treatment. or for improper conduct. It is fundamental that the nurse acts both to assess and perform an early diagnosis of the types of neuropathies, as well as to advise on self-care with the diabetic foot, in order to prevent further compromising the patient's lower limbs.
