ANALISE DOCUMENTAL DAS PESQUISAS DA PRIMEIRA TURMA MESTRADO PROFISSIONAL ENSINO NA SAÚDE MPES / UFF
O MPES foi descrito na proposta com a nomenclatura de Mestrado Profissional de Ensino na Saúde: Formação Docente Interdisciplinar para o SUS, com o objetivo de formar profissionais capazes de produzir resultados relacionados às diferentes áreas de atuação em saúde com vistas ao fortalecimento do SUS e formar docentes com uma visão crítica e ampla da sociedade, qualificados para promover articulação integradadora entre setores de ensino e saúde. objetivo: reconhecer a importância da formação stricto sensu profissional na atuação do enfermeiro professor no ensino superior de enfermagem. Metodologia: Análise documental das dissertações da primeira turma do mestrado profissional de ensino da saúde. Resultados: a análise documental das dissertações pela ficha catalográfica, onde se descrevia os seguintes itens: nome do documento, autores, contexto, confiabilidade, natureza e lógica interna, evidenciou que a primeira turma do MPES teve entrada em 2011, todos respeitando o prazo de dois anos disponibilizados pela CAPES já defenderam suas dissertações. Discussão: Devemos reforçar neste momento que o MPES possui duas linhas de pesquisa, a linha 1 que trata da formação pedagógica e a linha 2 que aborda educação permanente em saúde, buscando a resolução de situações problemas vivenciadas em serviço que conduzam a uma prática mais coerente. Conclusão: É notório que as mesmas cumprem as exigências da CAPES com relação ao mestrado profissional no que tange à aproximação da academia às unidades públicas e privadas, na tentativa de buscar novas práticas e soluções aos problemas vivenciados em serviço, no contexto baseado na fala de Tardif ao aborda o saber, por este estar incluso na relação do professor com o ambiente, e da interpretação deste ambiente diante do conhecimento. Os resultados da investigação apontam vários aspectos que potencializam o pressuposto desenhado pela pesquisa, de que a formação stricto sensu profissional contribui para atualização e capacitação permanente do enfermeiro-professor.

Abstract:
The MPES was described in the proposal with the nomenclature of the Professional Master's Degree in Health Education: Interdisciplinary Teacher Education for SUS, with the objective of training professionals capable of producing results related to different areas of work in health with a view to strengthening SUS and to train teachers with a critical and broad view of society, qualified to promote integrative articulation between the education and health sectors. objective: to recognize the importance of professional stricto sensu training in the role of nurse teachers in higher education in nursing. Methodology: Documentary analysis of the dissertations of the first class of the professional master's in health education. Results: the documental analysis of the dissertations by the catalog card, where the following items were described: name of the document, authors, context, reliability, nature and internal logic, showed that the first MPES class had its entrance in 2011, all respecting the deadline for two years made available by CAPES have already defended their dissertations. Discussion: We must reinforce at this moment that the MPES has two lines of research, line 1 which deals with pedagogical training and line 2 which deals with permanent health education, seeking to solve problem situations experienced in service that lead to a more coherent practice. Conclusion: It is notorious that they meet the requirements of CAPES in relation to the professional master's degree with regard to the approach of the academy to public and private units, in an attempt to seek new practices and solutions to the problems experienced in service, in the context based on the speech of Tardif when addressing knowledge, as it is included in the teacher's relationship with the environment, and the interpretation of this environment in the face of knowledge. The results of the investigation point to several aspects that enhance the assumption designed by the research, that stricto sensu professional training contributes to the updating and permanent training of the nurse-teacher.
