ANÁLISE DO INSTRUMENTO DE AUTOAVALIAÇÃO INSTITUCIONAL UTILIZADO NA UFAM NOS ANOS DE 2014 E 2015
Objetiva-se apresentar uma análise
dos instrumentos utilizados pela Comissão
Própria de Avaliação (CPA) da Universidade
Federal do Amazonas, a fim de verificar sua
evolução no processo avaliativo interno de
2014 e 2015. Tem-se como proposta melhorálos para o ano de 2016 visando alcançar de
forma mais específica a realidade de cada
segmento que faz parte da Universidade
Federal do Amazonas, no entendimento de que
há necessidade de desenvolver uma cultura de
autoavaliação para consolidar uma política de
autoavaliação na UFAM. No decorrer do texto
apresenta-se a evolução desses instrumentos,
sempre buscando uma padronização conforme
orientações do SINAES, como também atender
a diversidade das realidades da comunidade
universitária

Abstract:
The aim of this work is to present
an analysis of the instruments used by the
committee for assessment (CPA) of the Federal
University of Amazonas (UFAM), in order to verify
their evolution in the 2014 evaluation process and
2015. It aims to improve the instruments for the
year 2016 aimed at achieving more specifically
the reality of each segment present at the
UFAM, knowing that there is need to develop a
self-assessment culture to consolidate a policy
in UFAM. Throughout the text, it is showed the
evolution of these instruments, always seeking
standardization as SINAES guidelines, as well as meet the diversity of the realities of the university community
