ANÁLISE DESCRITIVA DAS INTERNAÇÕES POR CONDIÇÕES SENSÍVEIS A ATENÇÃO BÁSICA FRENTE A IMPLANTAÇÃO DA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA NO MUNICÍPIO DE MARIÁPOLIS-SP
O município de Mariápolis, localizado no oeste do estado de São Paulo, pertence a microrregião de Adamantina. Atualmente a cidade conta com a Estratégia de Saúde da Família em sua estruturação a respeito do Serviço Público de Saúde. O impacto positivo da Atenção Primária em Saúde pode ser analisado na perspectiva da redução do número das Internações por Condições Sensíveis a Atenção Básica. O fortalecimento da Atenção Primaria à Saúde é um dos principais motivos da reorganização do Sistema Único de Saúde através da a implantação e consolidação da Estratégia de Saúde da Família. O presente estudo trata-se de uma análise descritiva de caráter retrospectivo caracterizando as Internações Por Condições Sensíveis a Atenção Básica de pacientes residentes no município de Mariápolis/SP, pagas pelo SUS, durante os anos de 2010 a 2019, acerca da identificação dos possíveis fatores contribuintes para a redução do número de internações. No início do período estudado, o número de internações gerais foram de 441, enquanto que, ao final do período, foram de 289, representando uma redução de 34,5%. No município de Mariápolis-SP, o valor registrado referente às internações de pacientes residentes foi de R$ 3.152.232,00; de modo que, o gasto referente às Internações por Condições Sensíveis a Atenção Básica foi de R$ 502.626,20, representando cerca 16% do total gasto com internações por causas gerais de pacientes residentes no município do estudo. Conclui-se através deste estudo que a ampliação e fortalecimento da atenção básica, o investimento financeiro otimizado, o gerenciamento eficiente da Estratégia de Saúde da Família, a ampliação e criação de oferta à saúde de caráter integral e local tem impacto direto na redução das Internações por Condições Sensíveis a Atenção Básica.

Abstract:
The municipality of Mariápolis, located in the west of the state of São Paulo, belongs to the micro-region of Adamantina. Currently, the city has a Family Health Strategy in its structuring regarding the Public Health Service. The positive impact of Primary Health Care can be analyzed from the perspective of reducing the number of Hospitalizations for Conditions Sensitive to Primary Care. The strengthening of Primary Health Care is one of the main reasons for the reorganization of the Unified Health System through the implementation and consolidation of the Family Health Strategy. The present study is a retrospective descriptive analysis characterizing Hospitalizations for Sensitive Conditions to Primary Care of patients residing in the city of Mariápolis / SP, paid by SUS, during the years 2010 to 2019, regarding the identification of possible factors contributors to reducing the number of hospitalizations. At the beginning of the period studied, the number of general admissions was 441, while at the end of the period, they were 289, representing a reduction of 34.5%. In the municipality of Mariápolis-SP, the registered amount referring to hospitalizations of resident patients was R $ 3,152,232.00; so, the expenditure related to Hospitalizations for Critical Conditions to Primary Care was R $ 502,626.20, representing about 16% of the total spent on hospitalizations for general causes of patients residing in the municipality of the study. It is concluded through this study that the expansion and strengthening of primary care, the optimized financial investment, the efficient management of the Family Health Strategy, the expansion and creation of comprehensive and local health care offer has a direct impact in reducing Hospitalizations for Conditions Sensitive to Primary Care.
