ANÁLISE DE UMA CONSTRUÇÃO VERTICAL PÚBLICA EM ALVENARIA ESTRUTURAL NA CIDADE DO RECIFE-PE
Edificações concebidas em
alvenaria estrutural consistem em construções
as quais as paredes são autoportantes, em
outras palavras, estes elementos que devem
ser resistentes as ações nela submetidas. Este
método construtivo vem ganhando cada vez
mais espaço no mercado da construção civil
brasileira, as quais são pontencializadas seu
uso em conjuntos habitacionais ou construções
onde se haverão repetições de unidades.
Apesar da técnica já existir a muitos anos, o seu
uso de forma racionalizada e com prescrições
normativas ainda vem em crescimento, sendo
muitas vezes uma técnica não dominada pelas
empresas e em toda cadeia da construção civil.
Este artigo se propôs a analisar as patologias e
suas causas encontradas em uma construção
de um empreendimento público em Recife-PE
no qual a estrutura foi concebida em alvenaria
estrutural. Os resultados encontrados visam
potencializar as diversas maneiras de trabalho
dentro da construção civil, enfatizando a
execução, trazendo alternativas que gerem
um crescimento produtivo dentro da obra e
consequentemente minimizando os erros
advindos do desconhecimento desta técnica
construtiva. O trabalho trata também da
fiscalização em uma obra pública e concluiuse
que é possível inferir que as ocorrências
patológicas são quase que em totalidade
evitáveis, se realizadas medidas preventivas e
investigativas simples.

Abstract:
Buildings designed in structural
masonry consist of constructions to which walls
are self-supporting, in other words, these elements that must be resistant to the actions
undergone in it. This constructive method has been gaining more and more space in the
Brazilian civil construction market, which are emphasized its use in housing complexes
or constructions where there will be repetitions of units. Although the technique has
existed for many years, its use in a rationalized way and with normative prescriptions
still is growing, being often a technique not dominated by the companies and in all the
chain of the civil construction. This article proposes to analyze the pathologies and
their causes found in a construction of a public enterprise in Recife-PE in which the
structure was conceived in structural masonry. The results obtained aim to enhance
the various ways of working within the civil construction, emphasizing the execution,
bringing alternatives that generate a productive growth within the work and consequently
minimizing the errors coming from the ignorance of this constructive technique. The
work also deals with supervision in a public work and it has been concluded that it is
possible to infer that pathological occurrences are almost entirely avoidable, if simple
preventive and investigative measures are carried out.
