ANÁLISE DE FATORES MOTIVACIONAIS NA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA DOCENTE: ESTUDO DE CASO NA ESCOLA ESTADUAL J.K.ASSAF
A construção deste trabalho tem como
base de estudo a Escola Estadual J.K.Assaf,
que atua no ramo da educação, no setor
público e trabalha com o ensino fundamental
de 1º a 4º ano, com crianças de 6 a 10 anos
e situa-se no município de Manacapuru, no
interior do Amazonas. Para atingir o conteúdo
deste trabalho, desenvolvemos um estudo
de caso, no qual foram analisadas diversas
áreas da escola. Após o uso de ferramentas
como observação direta, questionário e análise
documental foi constatado que os professores
encontram-se desmotivados na execução suas
atividades docentes devido à falta de estrutura
adequada no ambiente escolar e ausência de
tecnologia para contribuir na dinamização da
aula. Sabe-se que a motivação no processo
pedagógico é de suma importância para a
qualidade do ensino a ser compartilhado, e se
o professor não está motivado, a qualidade da
educação tende a ser mínima e os resultados
serão negativos.

Abstract:
The construction of this work is
based on the study of the State School J.K.Assaf,
Which operates in the education sector, in the
public sector and works with primary education
from 1st to 4th year, with children from 6 to 10
years old and situates in the municipality of
Manacapuru, in the interior of the Amazon. To
reach the content of this work, we developed
a case study, in which several areas of the
school were analyzed. After the use of tools
such as direct observation, questionnaire and
documentary analysis it was found that teachers
are unmotivated in the execution of their teaching
activities due to the lack of adequate structure in
the school environment and absence of technology to contribute to the dynamization
of the class. It is known that motivation in the pedagogical process is of paramount
importance for the quality of teaching to be shared, and if the teacher is not motivated,
the quality of education tends to be minimal and the results will be negative.
