ANÁLISE DE ATENDIMENTOS DO SAMU REGIONAL PARA ACIDENTES DE TRÂNSITO NA CIDADE DE RIBEIRÃO PRETO – SP
Este artigo buscou qualificar os atendimentos realizado pelo SAMU (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) na região e cidade de Ribeirão Preto – São Paulo, diferenciando-os pelo horário de ocorrência e sua gravidade. O SAMU, por fazer parte do SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde), torna-se o principal e mais importante meio de atendimento de emergência pré-hospitalar do país. Com esse trabalho buscamos categorizar a gravidade do atendimento em quais horários ocorrem, podendo servir como base para aprimoramento na dinâmica do serviço e para possíveis alterações estruturais. Nota-se que houve um aumento de 681 casos de moderada/severa complexidade (24,4%) de 2017 para 2018, dos quais 40,5% (276 casos) eram devido à acidentes envolvendo motociclistas (colisões ou quedas). Ao considerar apenas os atendimentos de severa gravidade, percebe-se aumento de 51% dos mesmos (de 594 para 897 atendimentos – acréscimo de 303 casos) entre esses anos, sendo que 58,4% deste acréscimo (177 casos) também foram relacionados a acidentes com motocicletas. Concluímos, portanto, que houve um importante aumento na incidência de acionamentos do SAMU Regional de Ribeirão Preto entre os anos de 2017 e 2018 devido a acidentes de trânsito, representado em grande parte por acidentes nos quais algum dos envolvidos era um motociclista.

Abstract:
This article tries to qualify the care provided by SAMU (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) in the city of Ribeirão Preto - São Paulo and region, differentiating them by the time of occurrence and their severity. SAMU, for being an integrated part of SUS (Sistêma Único de Saúde), becomes the main and most important means of emergency and pre-hospital care in the country. With this paper we seek to categorize the severity of the service and what times it occurs, which can serve as a basis for improvement in the dynamics of the service and possible structural changes. Note that there was an increase of 681 cases of moderate / severe complexity (24.4%) from 2017 to 2018, of which 40.5% (276 cases) were due to accidents involving motorcyclists (collisions or falls). When considering only the severely severely treated patients, an increase of 51% (from 594 to 897 patients - an increase of 303 cases) can be seen between these years, with 58.4% of this increase (177 cases) also being related to motorcycle accidents. We concluded, therefore, that there was an important increase in the incidence of firings of the SAMU Regional of Ribeirão Preto between the years 2017 and 2018 due to traffic accidents, largely represented by accidents in which one of those involved was a motorcyclist.
